Hai Everyone! I want people to be able to use my music in their art if they feel so inspired or just dig the vibes! So I’d like to try and make it easy to understand how you can (and can’t) use my music, so here’s everything you need to know:

 

✅ What’s Allowed

You are allowed to use my music for:

• Fan-made music videos

• Song Covers/Remixes (As long as they are only put on places like YouTube or Tiktok to listen, not streaming platforms like Spotify)

• Background music in discussion, commentary, or gameplay videos

• Reaction Videos

• Online short-form videos (YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) that are not directly sold to viewers
   

Be sure to list credit in the video and description!

 

NOTE: My music is in Content ID, but by default, monetization is set to share revenue with creators who use my music under these guidelines.

If you feel your video has been wrongly claimed or demonetized and it follows these rules, you can request a review and possible release of the claim using this form:

❌ What’s Not Allowed

Your video or content may be claimed, demonetized, or taken down if:

• It’s a direct reupload of my song or music video without any real creative changes
  (Note: simple edits like slowing down or speeding up DO NOT count as creative changes — these will be demonetized but usually not removed.)
   

• You use my music in a product that is sold directly, such as:

  • Video games

  • Physical or digital music discs

  • Paid downloads or other resale products
     

• You use my music in content that is inappropriate, bigoted, heavily explicit, or involves illegal activities. What qualifies as this is at my discretion, but common sense should allow you to intuit what I’d consider counting.
   

 

🎮 Commercial Uses

If you want to use my music in something commercial — for example, a video game, film, or TV show OR want to sample/remix/cover any of these songs for commercial release — you must get permission first. Please reach out via:
